THE PROCESS
Our team of visionaries will take you through the design process step by step, designing the backyard oasis of your dreams. We build residential and commercial. But our primary focus is on high end luxury pools that have an affordable price tag.
The first step is to schedule a Site Survey of your property and gather information from the head of Household and/or all decision makers so our team can determine whether or not this project is viable or not.
Once we've aligned our way of thinking with yours and successfully transplanted your vision into our brain, we immediately begin the initial design and layout of the pool. Pen to Paper time.
We submit this drawing to our team of engineers that take this design and turn it into an official blueprint used for permitting with your local jurisdiction. They will very carefully assess the property to determine and/or mitigate any safety concerns that come to mind.
Upon submitting the documentation for permit , we wait for the building department to issue. Once we have the permit in hand, we begin ordering material for the project and scheduling construction .
